1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Easy Earning platform, website, and related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Easy Earning, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid email address and internet access
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited
• Have only one account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted

3. How You Earn

Easy Earning is an online rewards platform where users earn credits by completing tasks such as surveys, watching advertisements, downloading applications, and referring new users. Earnings are credited in USD equivalents to your account balance.

• Welcome Bonus: New accounts receive a $1.00 sign-up bonus credited upon account approval.
• Task Rewards: Rewards are granted once tasks are successfully verified as completed.
• Referral Rewards: You earn a bonus for each valid referral who creates and verifies an account.
• Daily Limits: Most tasks reset daily. Attempting to claim the same task multiple times in a day is not permitted.

4. Withdrawals & Payments

You may request a withdrawal of your earned balance once your account reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold of $5.00. Withdrawals are processed via PayPal, bank transfer, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, or other supported methods.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–5 business days
• Easy Earning reserves the right to delay or deny payment if fraud or policy violations are suspected
• Balances earned through fraudulent or policy-violating activity will be forfeited without compensation
• We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings — results vary by user activity

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account
• Use bots, scripts, VPNs, or automated tools to complete tasks or generate referrals
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to manipulate referral systems (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts)
• Sell, transfer, or trade your account or earnings
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings without notice.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Easy Earning reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other users.

You may also delete your own account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all earnings are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Easy Earning does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Earning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on the Easy Earning platform is the intellectual property of Easy Earning and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any portion of the Platform's content without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Earning is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where applicable, in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
